Q - Do I need to have an account to shop at this website?
A - No. You can create an account if you prefer, or , you may shop as a guest. Simply fill in and submit the express registration.

Q - How do I register?

A - Signing up is fast and easy. Simply click on "Login", then "Create an account" by entering the information that is required.

Q - Is my personal information secure?
A - All of the information you supply is strictly confidential. It will only be used internally by Velobravo.com for deliveries or customer service. Your credit card details are SSL-encrypted and will never be stored online or accessed without your permission.

Q - I forgot my user ID or my password?
A - You can retrieve your password by clicking the forgotten password link in the Login area.. Simply enter your e-mail address and your password will be sent to that address.

Q - Can I get liquidation products?
A - We offer limited quantities of discontinued products in our "Specials" or "Price Drop" section. Unfortunately, once we run out of stock, discontinued items are no longer available.

Q - I do not want to pay by credit card on the internet. How can I place an order?
A - We welcome you to order. If you wish, you may contact us and pre-pay by cashiers check or money order.

Q - How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
A - To add an item to your shopping cart, you may choose a category and an item, then simply "Add to Cart".

Q - How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
A - To remove a single item from your shopping cart, simply go to your shopping cart (top right) and click on the X next to the item you wish to remove You may repeat this for all the items you wish to remove.

Q - How long will it take to process my order?
A - Your order will be processed within a couple of days after payment is confirmed. We ask that you allow from 7 to 30 days for delivery, depending on your location.

Q - What areas do you ship to?
A - We ship throughout Canada, the continental United States and international destinations. Please refer to our "Terms and Conditions" for more details. Note also that your shipment may be subject to "import" fees as determined by your country's laws. Note: Merchandise will only be shipped to the address provided in the registration process.

Q - Can I return my merchandise if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
A - Yes. We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to our "Terms and Conditions" section for further details.
